Ph.D. Graduate Assistantship in Coastal and Marine System Science Program

The Department of Physical & Environmental Sciences (http://pens.tamucc.edu/index.html) at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi awards a graduate assistantship for an incoming Ph.D. student in the Coastal and Marine System Science doctoral program. The funding is available in the areas of oceanography, physics or related disciplines.

The student will have ample opportunities to interact with scientists from multidisciplinary fields both within the department and those in the Harte Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies (http://www.harteresearchinstitute.org/). Applications for Fall 2014 are due on 1 February 2014 for priority consideration. In rare cases a student can be considered for admission for the spring semester.
